Order Processing & Handling Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received. Once processed, orders are handed over to our logistics partners for shipment. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Shipping Times

We currently ship to the United States. Estimated delivery time: 5–12 business days, depending on the product, destination, and current demand. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control, including carrier delays, customs inspections, weather conditions, or seasonal demand.

Shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: $4.99
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $60

All shipments include tracking at no additional cost.

Shipping Carriers

We work with trusted international logistics partners to ensure safe and reliable delivery. In rare cases, delays may occur due to high demand, customs processing, carrier disruptions, or public holidays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to become available after shipment.

Undeliverable Shipments

If a shipment cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, or if the delivery is refused, reshipping may require additional shipping fees. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate before completing your order.

Delays, Lost or Stuck Packages

If your order has not arrived within 20 business days after shipment, please contact us at: support@getseronova.com We will investigate the issue with the carrier and assist you as quickly as possible. Resolution may include a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.

Please note that delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or events beyond our control do not automatically qualify for a refund.
